Seal-Once Exotic Premium - Exotic Wood Stain and Waterproof Sealer - 1 Gallon & Clear

Our Exotic liquid formula is engineered to penetrate Ipe, Cumaru, Garapa, Teak, Brazilian mahogany, cherry hardwoods as well as Thermally Modified Woods which are denser than North American hardwoods. As a WOOD SEALANT, it creates a UV-stable coating for protection against the elements.

Exotic is a penetrating DECK STAIN, furniture and deck stain, and finish, formulated for tropical lumber species. Seal Once forms a water-resistant shield around wood fibers at the cellular level to help preserve the natural color.

As a WATERPROOF WOOD SEALER, it's water-based, ultra-low VOC, and great for enhancing the extended life of your siding, deck or porch. Do not brush with other waterproofing products and apply each coat in the shade and out of direct sunlight.

Our fast-drying STAIN FOR WOOD products are no-fuss, easy to clean with soap and water and ideal for use on any Exotic Woods for exterior use.

The NANO + POLY Marine NANO Exotic product offers a clear, black, bronze cedar, brown, cedar, coastal gray, light brown, mohogany, natural, and redwood color options. It is recommended for use on decks & fences, wood siding, log homes, outdoor furniture, swing sets, pergola, thermally modified wood, and shakes.

The NANO + POLY Concrete and Masonry Sealer Multi-Surface Concentrate is available in clear and light brown (also available to be tinted). It is recommended for brick/masonry, bricks, pavers, and concrete patios.

The surface dry time is 3-4 hours for the Exotic and Concrete/Masonry products, and 2-3 hours for the Marine NANO. The full cure time is 24-48 hours for the Exotic and Concrete/Masonry, and 12-24 hours for the Marine NANO, depending on temperature and humidity.

The approximate coverage is 150-300 sq. ft. for all products. All are water-based formulas.
